We are much closer today to closing the sale of our beloved old house in Berthoud. We met with the buyer and ironed out some details and are on track to close in a couple o short weeks.
I feel good about moving on, but there are some wonderful things I'll miss. Our neighbors, our big beautiful yard, the woodwork.
Of course now we have more room for guests, I can walk to work, and let's just say insulation is no longer an issue.
Maybe time to find some new hobby... (or return to old ones)

I love your old house! But being able to walk to work is sweet. I have never lived close enough to work to walk. I look forward to seeing your new house!
