Hot dog and a milkshake in Wyoming
On our drive home last weekend, Alex and I stopped for lunch just outside Rawlins. After his nap I asked Alex what he wanted for lunch, and without hesitation he told me he wanted a hot dog and a milkshake. So that's just what we got.
Alex is an excellent traveling companion. We had a lot of fun on our trip, "just us guys".

That is an amazingly CUTE picture! When Aunt Ali and I took Alex to MacDonald's after shopping at Target (his favorite store), we asked him what he wanted to eat. Milkshake was in there somewhere, but we were scared of the sugar rush.
Was there sugar-induced screaming into a pillow after the milkshake, or did you guys run in circles before you got back into the car...
The theme of the weekend last weekend definitely was "hog dogs" and milkshakes.
I'm glad Alex finally got a real (not corn dog-substitute) hot dog
You have to have a "real" hot dog at least once in your life. It's just one of those experiences you cannot pass up. Hooray for junk food! I "lub" it.
