You wouldn't know it from the pictures (except you, Aunt Sarah), but they tell us it's definitely a girl. Believe it or not, the picture above is one of the few that are even marginally recognizable. I'll look through the DVD again to see if I can pick out some others, but it might have to wait for a later photo shoot. For all I know, the sonogram tech could have been showing us pictures of Jello salad.
But all the signs are normal and healthy. She's bolted on in the right place, she's got a strong heartbeat, she's very flexible, and a little bit shy like her brother was.

Now I can start buying some cute, frilly dress patterns!!

good thing I proofread that previous comment... birthday homemade birthday presents??
Oh boy. I love pink. I have been just waiting to buy all kinds of pink yarn. Now I have a little project to knit for! Pink baby blankets, pink booties, pink sweaters, pink hats, pink sox, pink, pink, pink -- I'm in girly heaven!!!!!
Thank God she's "bolted on in the right place"! Hang on sweetie, you've got a lot of people waiting to see you!
Love,
G'ma Carla
Wait a minute...does this mean you will have to change the name of the blog? Or start a new one?

Congratulations to the whole family -- the three of you, of course, but Grandmas, grandpas, and all of the aunties and uncleies too.
So funny that Alex likes Donuts just like his daddy does!
