Happy Birthday Alex

Last night we celebrated Alex's birthday at Oskar Blues in Lyons. His Uncle Richard, Aunt Sarah and cousin Alex are in town all weekend.

First we visited the bakery to pick out a cake...



Alex and his Mom picked out a lemon cake.


It didn't take long for things to get out of hand. Here he is, dancing on the table.

Then came the cake. We all sang happy birthday. Alex was a little surprised that everyone was signing to him. He liked it.


This one's for you, little boy!


One of his favorite new toys? The lid of the cake bin.
